कटहल की सब्जी बनाने की विधि

  • - 1 kathal ( Kela ) 

  • - 2 Pyaj 

  • - 2 Tamatar 

  • - 2 Hari mirch 

  • - 1Tabelspun adrak - lahsun ka pest   

  • 1 Tebalsun dhaniya power Tepsun Jira 

  • 1 Tepsun Jaldi Power 

  • 1 Tepsun Lal Mirch Powder 

  • 1 Tepsun Gram Mashala 

  • Namak Sawadanishar 

  • - 2 Tebalsun Oil

  • - Kathal ko katane ke liye oil

  • - dhaniya pati , Ujjin Rassa  or Naan ( Sarving ke liye

Kathal sabji banane ki widhi ? 

1. Aapko sabse pahle Sabse mehant wala kaam karna hai.  Sabse pahle , Kathal ko dhokar achhe se saaf karen . Uske baad , use Lambe Tukdo mein kaat ke . Or dahi mein daal den . Phir Isme 10 - 15 Minutes Ke liye Chhod de . Takai kathal ki Kharoch mein ras nikal jayen . Uske baad aapko aage ki step ko follow karna hai . 

2. Jab tak 10 Minutes hota hai . Tab Tak dusri kaam karen . Aapko ek Kadhahi mein Tel gram karna hai . Jab Tel gram ho jayen . Usme jira dalen or use thodi der tak bunana hai . 

3. AAB PYAJ ko patla patla katna hai . Or use Tel mein dalna hai . Taaki pyaj bhun sake . Pyaj ko sunhara hone Tak bhunte hai . 

4. Uske baad aapko Tamatar ko dhayan se dhokar karna hai . Or pyaj ke sath milna hai . Aab adrak - Lahsun ka Pest Or Hari mirch Ko bhi Dalna hai . Sabji ko achhi trah se mila Lena hai . Or dhaniya powder, Haldi Powder  , lal Mirch Powder , or gram mashala daal kar achhe se mixx karna hai . 

5. AAB KATHAL ke tukde nikaalkar achhi trah milayen . Dhayan de ki sabhi mashale achhi trah chindi ho . Nahi to problam ho sakta hai.

6. AAB aapka Iske baad thoda - thoda Pani dal dena hai . Or sabji ko dhak kar madhayam aanch par paka Lena hai . Dhakne ke liye ek Dhalan palet ka upyog karen . Yaa Cover Dalen . Kathal ko dhimi Aanch par pakana jaari rakhe . Or baar - baar chalate rahen . Taaki wah jal Naa jayen . Or sahi dhang se Pak paye or majedar bam sake . 

7. Aab aapko kathal ko gal Jane Tak pakana hai . Or yah Kari dhaal liye jab tak kathal naram or paka nahi ho jata hai . Dhayan rahe kathal Jale na or kachha Naa rahe . 

8. Aab aapko sabki me swadanusar namak daal dena hai . Or Mila bhi Lena hai . Dhayan de ki kathal me prayapt masale Chad gya ho . 

9. Aab aapko jyada mehant nahi karni sabji ko gram - gram parosh Lena hai . Or uper se dhaniya patti se saja Lena hai . Ese Ujjin rassa or naam ke sath parosh Lena hai . Or maje se Enjoy karna hai .
