NPCC Recruitment 2025 up zone

National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC Ltd.), a Government of India Enterprise, has released a new recruitment notification for various posts in its UP Zone projects. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for roles like Site Engineer, Junior Engineer, Senior Associate, and Assistant through walk-in interviews scheduled between May 26 and May 29, 2025

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Site Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Regular)
• Site Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Regular)
• Site Engineer (Architect): B.Arch (Regular)
• Sr. Associate – HR: MBA (HR)/PG in HR (Regular)
• Sr. Associate – Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/PG in relevant field (Regular)
• Sr. Associate – Admin: PG in any discipline (Regular)
• Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Diploma in relevant field (3-year regular course)
• Assistant (Office Support): Graduate in any discipline (Regular)

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 40 years (as on March 31, 2025)
• Age Relaxation: As per Government rules for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen

Experience:

• Relevant project experience is desirable.
• Candidates with work experience must carry certificates as proof.
• Higher salary may be offered based on experience and interview performance.

Salary Structure

• Site Engineer / Sr. Associate: ₹33,750/- per month + ₹500 annual increment
• Junior Engineer: ₹25,650/- per month + ₹400 annual increment
• Assistant: ₹25,000/- per month + ₹300 annual increment

Other Benefits:

• Provident Fund (12% employer contribution)
• Fixed Medical Allowance: ₹1250/- per month
• Candidates with higher experience may be offered better pay

Selection will be done only through Walk-in Interviews. Attending the interview does not guarantee selection.
