Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Must have completed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with minimum 70% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Math)
- At least 50% marks in English in either Class 10 or Class 12.
JEE (Main) 2025 Requirement:
- Candidates must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2025 for B.E./B.Tech.
- Shortlisting will be based on All India Common Rank List (CRL) by NTA.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be born between 02 July 2006 and 01 January 2009 (inclusive).
Nationality & Marital Status:
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible.
- Marriage is not permitted during the 4-year training period.

Pay Scale, Benefits & Allowances
During Training:
- Cadets receive a stipend while undergoing training at INA.
After Commissioning:
- Rank: Sub-Lieutenant
- Pay Level 10 : ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
- Military Service Pay (MSP) : ₹15,500/month
- Additional allowances may include:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Kit Maintenance Allowance
- Sea Going / Submarine / Flying Allowance
- Travel Concessions for self and dependents
- Medical care for family
- Insurance cover up to ₹1 Crore

Selection Process
1. Shortlisting : Based on JEE (Main) 2025 CRL.
2. SSB Interview: 5-day selection process including:
- Stage I : OIR Test + Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT)
- Stage II : Psychological tests, GTO tasks, and personal interview
3.Medical Examination : Only SSB-recommended candidates undergo detailed medical checks.
4.Final Merit List: Based on SSB performance. Final selection subject to fitness and document verification.
