Qualification & Experience

• Additional Director/Professor – Ph.D. + 12 saal ka exp. / Master’s + 15 saal ka exp.
• Deputy Director/Assistant Professor – Ph.D. + 8 saal exp. / Master’s + 10 saal exp. / Bachelor’s + 12 saal exp.
• Assistant Director/Lecturer – Ph.D. + 3 saal exp. / Master’s + 5 saal exp. / Bachelor’s + 7 saal exp.
• Assistant Director (Administration) – Master’s / PG Diploma (Management/Commerce/Arts/Science/Law/HR) + 3 saal exp.
• Technical Assistant – Science/Tech/Applied Science degree + Packaging Diploma/Certificate
• Clerk – Graduation + Typing speed (35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi)
• Assistant Director (Library) – PG in Library Science + 3 saal exp.
• Section Officer (Hindi) – Master’s in Hindi/English + 2 saal ka translation exp.
• Junior Assistant – Graduation + Typing speed (35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi)

Age Limit

• Additional Director: Below 50 years
• Deputy Director: Max 40 years
•  Assistant Director: Max 35 years
•  Technical Assistant: Max 30 years
• Clerk & Junior Assistant: Max 25 years
•  (Age relaxation SC/ST/OBC ke liye govt rules ke hisaab se milega)

Salary & Benefits

• 7th Pay Commission ke hisaab se salary milegi (Pay Level 2 se Pay Level 13A tak).
• Example: Pay Level 10 ka basic ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500.
• Saath me DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), TA (Transport Allowance) bhi milega.
• NPS (Pension), Medical benefits aur LTC jaise perks bhi include hain.

Selection Process

Tier 1: Skill Test / Written Test (Technical & Clerical posts ke liye)

Tier 2: Interview (Shortlisted candidates ko bulaya jayega)

Final merit test + interview ke basis par banega.
