Educational Qualification
- Level 2 Posts:
12th pass (50% marks ke saath). SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PWD ya higher qualification wale (Graduate/Post Graduate) candidates ke liye 50% marks condition nahi hai.
- Level 1 Posts:
- 10th pass ya ITI ya National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCVT.
Scouting/Guiding Qualification (Dono Level ke liye common)
- President’s Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger ya Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- 2020-21 se pichle 5 saal tak Scouts organization ke active member hone chahiye.
- Kam se kam 2 National/All India Railway level aur 2 State level events me participate kiya ho.
Age Limit (as on 1 January 2026)
- Level 2: 18 se 30 saal
- Level 1: 18 se 33 saal
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 saal, OBC – 3 saal

Selection Process 2025
Recruitment process do stages me hoga:
1️⃣ Written Test (60 Marks)
- Objective type (40 marks) + Ek essay question (20 marks)
- Topics: Scouts & Guides organization aur General Knowledge
- Negative marking: 1/3 per wrong answer
- Duration: 60 minutes
2️⃣ Certificates ke Marks (40 Marks)
- National Events/Jamborees – 10 Marks
- State Events/Rallies – 10 Marks
- Specialized Courses – 10 Marks
- District Rallies – 10 Marks
Final merit list written test aur certificates ke marks ke basis par banegi.
