Himachal Pradesh Home Guards, Civil Defence, Fire and SDRF Department ne Advertisement No. 01/2026 ke through 700 Home Guard Volunteers ki recruitment announce ki hai. Ye opportunity un candidates ke liye achchi hai jo flexible duty ke saath earning karna chahte hain. Age limit 18 se 50 saal hai aur mostly posts ke liye 12th pass qualification chahiye (Technical posts ke liye 10th + ITI).

Important baat: Home Guard permanent government job nahi hota. Aapko roster basis par duty di jati hai. Jab duty milegi tab ₹977 per day ke hisaab se payment milega, warna earning nahi hogi. Isliye ye role part-time ya extra income ke liye best mana jata hai.

Job location poora Himachal Pradesh ke different districts me rahega.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• General Duty / Bandsmen / Driver: 12th pass
• Driver: Valid Driving License bhi hona chahiye
• Technical: 10th pass + ITI relevant trade
• Armourer: Ex-servicemen with Armourer course

Age Limit (1 January 2026 ke hisaab se)

• Minimum: 18 saal
• Maximum: 50 saal

Reserved category ko govt rules ke hisaab se relaxation milega

Physical Standards

Male aur female ke liye height aur chest standards alag-alag defined hain. PST me sirf measurement check hota hai, fitness test nahi.

Selection Process

Selection 4 stages me hoga:

1. PST (Physical Standard Test) – Height, chest measurement

2. PET (Physical Efficiency Test) – Running, jump etc. (qualifying nature)

3. Written Exam (50 Marks)

4. Document Verification + Medical

Final selection ke baad 45 din ki training hogi.

Salary & Duty System

• ₹977 per day jab duty mile
• Example:
•   15 din duty = ₹14,655
•   20 din duty = ₹19,540
•   0 din duty = ₹0

Uniform department provide karta hai, lekin pension ya PF benefits nahi milte.
