Rajasthan me ek bahut badi faculty recruitment aayi hai. RSSB (Rajasthan Staff Selection Board) ne Teaching Associate ke 3,540 posts ke liye notification nikala hai. Ye recruitment Rajasthan College Education Society (Raj-CES) ke under hogi. Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master’s Degree me minimum 55% marks

Saath me:

•    NET / SLET / SET clear hona chahiye

    ya

•   Ph.D hona chahiye

Reserved category ko 5% relaxation milega

Hindi aur Rajasthani culture ka basic knowledge hona zaroori hai

Important: Isme B.Ed ya REET ki zarurat nahi hai (kyunki ye college level job hai)

Age Limit

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 40 years (1 Jan 2027 tak)

Relaxation:

• SC/ST/OBC (Rajasthan) – 5 saal
• Female – 5 saal
• SC/ST female – 10 saal
• Widow/Divorcee – No upper limit
• Ex-Servicemen – 15 saal
• PwBD – extra relaxation

Salary Details

₹28,850 per month (fixed salary)

Koi DA, HRA alag se nahi milega

Contract initially 5 saal ka hoga, baad me extend ho sakta hai (max 8 saal ya age 60 tak)

Ye job beginners ke liye achhi hai experience gain karne aur future me Assistant Professor exams ke liye prepare karne ke liye.

Selection Process

1. Written Exam

•  Exam Pattern
• Paper 1 (Rajasthan GK):
•   60 questions – 75 marks
•   Time: 1 hour

Paper 2 (Subject):

•    120 questions – 300 marks
•    Time: 2 hours
• Total: 375 marks
• Negative marking: 1/3

Minimum Qualifying:

•    36% per paper
•   40% overall

3. Teaching Associate form select karo

4. Details fill karo (education, category etc.)

5. Documents upload karo

6. Fees pay karo

7. Form submit karke print/save kar lo
