Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- Indian citizens OR
- Subjects of Nepal OR
- Persons of Indian origin (PIO) who migrated from select countries with intent to settle permanently in India
(Eligibility certificate required for certain categories)
Age Limit & Marital Status
- Born between 01 Jan 2007 and 01 Jan 2010
- Must be unmarried and must remain unmarried during the entire training period
Educational Qualification
- Army Wing : 12th pass in any stream
- Air Force & Naval Wings + INA : 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
- Candidates currently in 12th standard are eligible to apply (proof of passing must be submitted by 10 June 2026
- Class 11 students are not eligible
Physical Standards
- Must meet physical fitness standards outlined in the official guidelines
- Candidates are advised to undergo a pre-medical checkup before applying

- Stipend during training : ₹56,100/month
- On commissioning : Pay Level 10
- Military Service Pay (MSP) ₹15,500/month

Selection Process
1. Written Examination
- Paper I: Mathematics – 300 Marks
- Paper II: General Ability Test – 600 Marks (English + GK)
- Objective Type Questions | Negative Marking (0.33 for wrong answers)
2. SSB Interview
- Stage I : Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) + Picture Perception & Description Test (PP\&DT)
- Stage II : Interview, Group Tasks, Psychology Tests, and Conference
- Candidates for Air Force must clear the CPSS (Pilot Aptitude Test)
