The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through its Advanced Centre for Energetic Materials (ACEM), Nasik, is inviting applications for 41 apprentice positions for the year 2025-26. The apprenticeship is for Graduate and Technician (Diploma) candidates. The last date to apply is 15th June 2025

ACEM is a DRDO lab located in Ambe Hill, Ojhar, Nasik (Maharashtra). It specializes in energetic materials and propellant processing. This one-year apprenticeship offers practical exposure in a top defense research facility.

Reservation Policy

As per Apprentices Act & rules:

• SC: 3 slots
• ST: 2 slots
• OBC (Non-Creamy): 11 slots

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com/BLIS (as per the discipline).
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in relevant field.
• Year of Passing: Only 2024 or 2025 pass-outs can apply.
• Experience: Those with 1+ year of job/training experience are not eligible
• NATS 2.0 Registration: Mandatory for all applicants.

Selection Process

• Based on merit or interview
• Only selected candidates will be notified via email
• Selected candidates must submit:
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Police Verification Certificate
• Signed apprenticeship contract

Step 1: Register on NATS 2.0 Portal

• Visit [NATS 2.0](https://nats.education.gov.in/) and get your Registration/Enrollment number.

Step 2: Prepare Application & Documents

• Fill the official application form (typed, with photo & signature).
• Scan the following documents into one PDF:
• Filled application form
• Mark sheets & certificates (in order)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar card
• CGPA to percentage conversion formula certificate

Step 3: Submit Application
